Incomplete or cancelled payments

Leaving checkout does not prove that a payment was cancelled. Check the verified order status before trying again. For a debit without confirmation, retain your reference and contact support.

Subscription cancellation and refunds

Payment cancellation and subscription cancellation are separate requests. Refund eligibility, request deadlines, deductions, processing timelines and the effect on service access must be confirmed in the merchant’s approved policy before live payments. No refund timeline is promised by this test page.

Duplicate payments

Contact support with both order references so the merchant can investigate. Refunds must be initiated through authorized merchant operations; this website does not issue refunds automatically.
