Information collected

We collect the name, email, mobile number, customer or business reference, selected service, and payment references submitted through this checkout to identify your account, reconcile payments and respond to support requests.

Payment processing

Payment credentials are entered on the payment gateway. This application stores order and transaction references; it does not collect card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or OTPs. Required transaction and contact information is shared with HDFC SmartGateway for payment processing.

Cookies and records

Essential session cookies protect the checkout and link your browser to your order. The merchant must publish its approved retention period, privacy contact, applicable rights process and service-provider disclosures before launch.
